I founded our buyers agency, Property Zest, in 2012 with the goal of helping investors and homeowners make informed property decisions and build their financial futures through real estate. We soon noticed that their post-purchase experiences with property managers were often inconsistent, usually falling short of expectations.

As a long-time property investor, I too had been frustrated with the many property management companies I had dealt with. This led us to create our own ‘Zesty’ brand of Property Management, one that maintains our enthusiastic and personalized communication and service from the purchase of an investment property through its ongoing management.

I was fortunate to bring Samantha Ellis on board as our Head of Property Management when we were at just 9 properties!  Since then, Samantha and I have worked tirelessly to grow and develop Property Zest Rentals to where it is today. We continue to expand and improve, collaborating closely with our property owners to ensure their investments are safe, well-maintained, and performing optimally.
