Ara, whose real name is Maurelle, has a passion for the real estate industry and a keen interest in properties. Her journey into real estate began in 2023 when she joined Property Zest as an Assistant Property Manager, working alongside her sister, Ivy.  We are working on getting the rest of the family on board ;)

Ara's professional background is diverse. She began her career as a nurse before transitioning to work in a financial institution. Currently, she thrives on helping our PM team with leasing, invoicing and payments, application processing, maintenance and more.  She also pitches in the our Buyers Agent team as well, helping with property due diligence. This flexibility makes her a great asset to the Zesty family.

In her personal life, Ara is a self-proclaimed neat freak who takes great pleasure in house chores and cooking for her family. She is an avid fan of Kdramas and enjoys biking in her leisure time.  Strangely, she also has an obsession with Mickey Mouse memorabilia :)
