She excels in all aspects of property management, agency administration and sales, bringing a comprehensive skill set to her roles. With a strong background in property management, Meriam adeptly assists senior property managers in all aspects of their duties. She is proficient in handling tenant inquiries, coordinating property inspections, managing lease agreements, and ensuring the smooth operation of rental properties. Her knowledge in trust accounting is invaluable to the organization, as she maintains accurate financial records, processes payments, generates invoices, and reconciles accounts.

Meriam is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a degree she earned in 2011. Her passion for caring for people seamlessly transitioned into the real estate industry, where she continues to apply her dedication to helping others in a different capacity.
Outside of her professional life, Meriam enjoys hiking and relishing the beauty of nature. She also engages in mountain climbing and camping activities, finding these pursuits to be a refreshing way to release stress and enjoy the outdoors.
